Our reality is a projection of what we feel, what we think and what we believe.  Consciously and Subconsciously we project what we “perceive” is our truth to the Universe.

What is your “perceived” truth and how is it impacting your life?

Mastering Your Beliefs is more than just learning how to change your limiting beliefs. It is about living with awareness – awareness to the life choices we make every day. The choice to choose acceptance over drama, the choice to choose courage over fear, the choice to choose forgiveness over resentment, the choice to choose gratitude over entitlement, the choice to choose health over sickness, the choice to choose love over fear and hate.

Every choice we make will either bring us closer to our goals or take us further away from them.

What do you desire? What have you been choosing?

Bringing awareness to our choices will help us discern and detect our limitations and beliefs.  If we desire change yet keep making the choices that take us further away from our desired goals then it is important to ask the question – why?

Through belief work we uncover our “why’s” and change them, bringing us closer to our desired goals.

Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself

Doing belief work is re-conditioning the body to a new mind. Being able to identify where these limited ways of thinking and feeling came from helps us gain knowledge and with knowledge comes self-empowerment. We then see things clearer, allowing ourselves to let go of our limitations, let go of our drama and let go of our pain and suffering we conditioned ourselves to experience over and over again – Allowing ourselves to step into a new state of Being!

Bruce Lipton – Changing Your Mind

Watch internationally known cellular biologist Dr. Bruce H. Lipton, discuss the relationship between our conscious and subconscious mind and how to change it.

Learning how to master and change your belief systems is the key to changing limiting life patterns. Choosing to live in a vibration of truth, love, joy, gratitude, peace and abundance can be difficult if you’ve been holding on to the pain of your past experiences. Belief work helps you look at those experiences with fresh eyes so you can see the truth about them and see the truth about you. Allowing yourself to gently move forward.

Dr Emoto Video – How limiting beliefs can affect our body?

It is said that for every dis-ease or disorder there is a negative emotion and/or belief program attached to it. When we hold negative energy in our bodies it begins to fester. Stress, hate, regret, resentment, guilt, anxiety, anger depression, etc…will over time create sickness in our bodies. This is not an attack on our body, it is a plea for help. It is a warning sign to let us know something is out of balance in our life.
